Congratulations to Our Incoming Fall 2017 Class!!
Deposit Deadlines: your enrollment and housing deposits for fall 2017 are due no later than May 1 or two weeks after the date on your official acceptance letter, whichever is later. If you intend to deposit, please do so as soon as possible to ensure space in the program. Deposit instructions are below.
Deposit Instructions: your mailed acceptance packet and acceptance email will contain the Enrollment /Housing Deposit form. This form is also available to be downloaded at the bottom of the page. Please submit your enrollment deposit and the housing request deposit by mailing it to PrattMWP Office of Admissions, 310 Genesee St, Utica, New York 13502 or by phone at (800) 755-8920. You are also welcome to send it by fax to (315)797-9349. The non-refundable enrollment deposit is $200. If you are applying for housing, the housing deposit is $50; the housing security deposit is $200. All deposits are due by the deadlines noted above. All freshmen and transfers who deposit by May 1 are guaranteed housing.
International Students: please allow six weeks for the Office of International Affairs to issue the I-20 after we receive all the documents. Students should not make an appointment for their visa before the I-20 is issued. When we mail the I-20, a tracking number and the SEVIS number is sent to the student by e-mail, at which time you should make the visa appointment.
We look forward to seeing you in the fall!
Relocating to the Brooklyn campus
The transition to the Brooklyn campus is automatic and seamless; no application is required to relocate. Approximately 95 percent of students choose to relocate to Brooklyn. When you relocate, you will start as a junior in your program as long as you remain in the major in which you were enrolled in at PrattMWP. You will complete your degree in two years as long as you meet all requirements for your degree. Upon graduation, your bachelor’s degree will be awarded by Pratt Institute. You must complete the first two years at PrattMWP before you will be able to relocate to Brooklyn. You may not relocate to Brooklyn after completing only one year at PrattMWP.
